This is the Bufo Alvarius, also known as the “Colorado River Toad” or the “Sonoran Desert Toad”. The venom in this bad boys glands and skin contain the psychoactive tryptamines Bufotenin and 5-MeO-DMT. As far as I know, licking these toads resulting in a psychedelic experience is an urban myth. However, the active chemicals can certainly be extracted, dried and smoked.
